- Have the music on medium volume
- Have the soles of your feet flat on the ground, your back arch, and your hands flat, palms on the floor, backwards
- Place a weight, or object greater than 20 lb, between you and your partner
- Inhale deeply, and hold your breath
- Have the music turned up 3 levels
- Close your eyes
- Lift the object slightly, with your partner, at least 4 in off the floor
- Keep your eyes closed, and in place, with the object elevated
- Exhale
- Have the music turned up 5 more levels
- Inhale deeply again, and hold your breath
- Lift the object, with your partner, another 4 in
- Keep your eye closed, and in place, with the object still elevated
- Exhale
- Have the music turned up, blaring now
- Inhale deeply again, and hold your breath
- Lift the object, with your partner, another 4 in
- Walk back and forth across the room, at least 30 steps each way
- Slowly lower the object
- Exhale
- Open your eyes
- Dance as a group for at least 30 s, celebrating your feat.
Rotate positions, until each person assumes each role.
