  1. Have the music on medium volume
  2. Have the soles of your feet flat on the ground, your back arch, and your hands flat, palms on the floor, backwards
  3. Place a weight, or object greater than 20 lb, between you and your partner
  4. Inhale deeply, and hold your breath
  5. Have the music turned up 3 levels
  6. Close your eyes
  7. Lift the object slightly, with your partner, at least 4 in off the floor
  8. Keep your eyes closed, and in place, with the object elevated
  9. Exhale
  10. Have the music turned up 5 more levels
  11. Inhale deeply again, and hold your breath
  12. Lift the object, with your partner, another 4 in
  13. Keep your eye closed, and in place, with the object still elevated
  14. Exhale
  15. Have the music turned up, blaring now
  16. Inhale deeply again, and hold your breath
  17. Lift the object, with your partner, another 4 in
  18. Walk back and forth across the room, at least 30 steps each way
  19. Slowly lower the object
  20. Exhale
  21. Open your eyes
  22. Dance as a group for at least 30 s, celebrating your feat.
Rotate positions, until each person assumes each role.
