Best pre and post workout
Optimet's on point. Yeah, it helps to keep you regular and helps your digestion the whole day. But, it's really good before your workout--like 1st thing in the morning--and the perfect post-workout fuel. It's boosted my performance.

It balances you
You know Optimet works not because it revs you up, or puts you on a weird high, it's because you feel balanced after. Your body works better. I've been using it for almost 6 weeks now, and I don't have that afternoon slump anymore. And, I know this will help me over the holidays (I'm promising myself I won't overindulge). I'm happy I got this.

I have more energy
I definitely have had more energy over the past month. I'm also better managing my eating. But, I had stomach issues, could not stop going to the bathroom. It cleaned my system though.
