increased my flexibility

My left knee was so tight, and I could barely pivot. After taking NiaFlex, I have much less pain in my knee now, and I can comfortably walk. I've been walking better each day.

Walking Better

I'd been suffering from knee pain, even after my ACL surgery a year ago. My pain was reduced, and I was actually walking straighter, after just 3 weeks with NiaFlex. I'll continue using it.

Gritty but helps

This did work for me. It just has a gritty consistency. I know it's all organic and healthy, so that can be expected. The little grit is worth it.

Helps Me Move

NiaFlex has been helping me move better. I can go harder during workouts (I do strength training and rely on knee support). I also walk more too because it's easier now. And, the light taste will keep me on it.

relieving tension
