  1. Take a very deep breath
  2. Focus on a desired goal for 10 s (hold your breath)
  3. Rapidly exhale, at most 8 times, over 1 minute
    • repeat steps 1 and 2, then rapidly exhale over 45 s
    • repeat steps 1 and 2, then rapidly exhale over 30 s
    • repeat steps 1 and 2, then rapidly exhale over 15
    • repeat steps 1 and 2, then rapidly exhale over 5 s
  4. Immediately list 3 insights from the breathwork
  5. Draw a design that links your desired goal to freedom. Add colors, or other materials, if you'd like.
