- Take a very deep breath
- Focus on a desired goal for 10 s (hold your breath)
- Rapidly exhale, at most 8 times, over 1 minute
- repeat steps 1 and 2, then rapidly exhale over 45 s
- repeat steps 1 and 2, then rapidly exhale over 30 s
- repeat steps 1 and 2, then rapidly exhale over 15
- repeat steps 1 and 2, then rapidly exhale over 5 s
- Immediately list 3 insights from the breathwork
- Draw a design that links your desired goal to freedom. Add colors, or other materials, if you'd like.
